The Sunday Flow
13:30 – 15:00 | Session 1: The Deep Calm Guided meditation focused on somatic grounding and releasing tension.
15:00 – 15:30 | Refreshments & Sangha Tea and light snacks. A time for mindful connection with a supportive community.
15:30 – 16:30 | Session 2: Integration A final silent or guided practice to lock in your sense of inner peace.
16:30 – 17:00 | Wisdom Sharing A talk by our monks on applying "Monk Mindset" to modern daily challenges.
