YOUR  STAY

Simple & Shared Accommodation

The retreat itself is peaceful, relaxed and welcoming. Our accommodation is simple and practical rather than luxurious.

Participants stay together in shared dormitory-style rooms and sleep on floor mattresses or cushions rather than hotel-style beds.

Come prepared to live simply, share space respectfully with others, and enjoy a different rhythm of life for a few days.

SIMPLE  LIVING

Less outside. More within.

This retreat is for you, if you are ...

  • Looking for inner peace

More stillness, awareness and meaningful time with yourself. Come ready to slow down, learn something new, and discover meditation in a supportive environment.

  • Willing to live simply

Comfortable with basic, shared accommodation and a simpler way of living.

  • Open to guided meditation

Meditation sessions are guided by Buddhist monks, with support to help you understand and develop your practice.

  • Willing to follow the retreat program

The atmosphere is relaxed, but we encourage everyone to participate in the scheduled sessions so you can get the most from your time here.

  • Comfortable with gentle human interaction

This is not a completely silent retreat. Participants may talk when appropriate, although we encourage keeping conversation    minimal to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Open to learning and sharing

The program includes teachings, reflection, questions, and sharing sessions — so there will be opportunities to learn and interact with monks and fellow participants.

  • Happy to share the journey with others

You'll be living and practicing alongside people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds.
